Students will use these kits to solve weekly teamwork and cooperation challenges, design and create structures, and delve deeper into engineering and design. Some of the weekly challenges that students will be given include building the tallest pair of structures as well as the longest pair of structures in a team of 2. Students will also create chronological scenes for their very own narrative stories. After creating scenes in their teams, students will then draft their own individual story that corresponds with each scene. We will also apply this kit in our math investigations into area, perimeter, and volume. This kit is a must have for any innovative 21st century classroom. Students' finished projects will be showcased by students to members of our school community! By donating to our project you will help boost student engagement and help nurture a sense of creativity in each and every one of my students. This donation will serve many classes to come and I truly believe it will provide students with the teamwork and innovation tools to succeed!
