The Academic Support class/ Sped Ed Resource Teacher provides direct and indirect supplementary academic instruction of the general curriculum to students with Individual Education Plans in Grades 6-8. The purpose of the program is to reteach/reinforce concepts that are taught initially in the regular education classrooms and provide necessary remediation of skill deficits.
