These Lakeshore kits will help my ELL students learn specific skills such as reading, writing, speaking, and listening. The English Language Development Cards and Skill Building Kits will allow me to target not only these four skill areas but also individual student proficiency levels. Both myself and my students' teachers can teach ELL students at different levels within each grade using these leveled resources. All students can learn at their level at the same time as others are learning at theirs. With so little time to teach each grade and each student, I will be able to better target my student's needs more effectively. This will result in improvements in student's learning. Additionally, the Writing Tiles will help my students to visually plan and write both fiction and non-fiction! My ELL students will use these tactile and visual resources such as the Mystery Box to learn letters names, sounds, and vocabulary. These are fun and effective tools that will be used to help my students master English!
