This table will allow me to differentiate my instruction easily by reaching all learners through small group instruction. All of my students learn differently and this table will allow me to incorporate small group instruction, alongside whole group instruction, so that no one gets left behind. Working with small groups will allow me to see, specifically, what areas my students have mastered and what areas some need help in more then others. Being that my students are on different reading levels, I will be able to successfully work with guided reading groups, in a small group setting, to increase their comprehension and vocabulary skills. This will allow the students to successfully grow and reach, or surpass, the third grade reading level.
