Having these supplies will help students develop skills with NVAC Writing Standards W.K.1, W.K.2, and W.K.3 and build agency as they learn to become better readers and writers. Stickers provide motivation for students to produce the best quality work within their ability. With flexible seating such as stools and carpet squares they will be able to exercise choice while becoming independent thinkers and practicing being principled. The pencils and grips will assist them in developing their fine motor skills. The headphones will assist with online learning when they use Chromebooks or iPads.
