I am going to be teaching 1st and 2nd ELA after teaching Kindergarten. I will be having the same students I had my previous year again. With that being said I have learned what these students need to better their concentration in the classroom. I have a very active bunch of kids! This balance disc and bands will help my students focus on learning rather than always playing by slight movements at all times. I believe that this will help increase focus in the classroom instead of the old behavior plans that seem to always be forgotten. Also with having two different grades I'm scared that their materials/books will start to get mixed up at their desks. With the seat organizers students will be better organized where one grade is in the pouches and the others grade is under the desk.
