I teach a group of wonderfully motivated and hard working fifth grade students located in Brentwood, Long Island. Unfortunately, the school district in which I teach has limited funds for supplies due to budget cuts. Despite any hardships my students have endured, they all come to school with a smile and the willingness to learn. My students are always excited and eager to learn considering the daily challenges they may often face at home or in school. I strive to create a warm, comfortable and enjoyable learning environment where students feel safe and welcomed. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
