In my science classes, I like to give research projects to my students. Cell phones have been banned from use in our school due to kids not following the rules during class. Before I would just have them take out their cell phones and look up research on the web during class. (Like if they asked me a question I didn't have a good answer for.) Now, we are limited to just using tablets, eReaders, or laptops and not all of my students have access to either of them. The goal of this project is to get a small set of 10 - Fire 7 eReaders with cases in my classroom so my students who don't have a tablet or laptop can be able to do research. I want these kids to be able to have the access they need here in my classroom so that they are not hindered in their learning endeavors.
