Having these essential school supplies will allow my students to focus on their education. Some of these requested materials include Mead composition notebooks, two-pocket portfolios, Crayola markers, Expo dry erase markers, kid scissors, an X-ACTO electric pencil sharpener, Hot Dots flash cards and review cards, and a Scotch thermal laminator and laminating pouches. We will use these materials to create our interactive math notebooks that will be used as our "math bible." The Mastering Essential Math Skills and 180 Days of Problem Solving for Fifth Grade books will provide me challenging math lessons and activities. Many of my students cannot always provide all the school supplies on the list and as their teacher. I want to do anything that I can to help them. In our class, we will use many if not all of these supplies every single day so having enough supplies for every student will help us all to better focus on learning!
