Many students are visual learners who thrive in a setting that fosters visual aides in the classroom and beyond--. Unfortunately, my science students do not have all the materials for their homework assignments and projects. Also, they can find it difficult to get to their local library to print, which would be an additional cost for their families. I do multiple individual and group activities/lessons in which students are asked to create interactive projects that require the addition of colored visuals and charts. For example, graphing multiple sets of data points on a graph and images for lab reports in color would enhance their presentation. Also, printing biological images in color allows students to compare and contrast detailed concepts such as certain physical adaptations of organisms, DNA structure and human health issues. I am humbly grateful for your donation to help our future problem-solvers.
