Here are some examples of things my students will gain from getting to daily use TI-84 Calculators in our classroom: 1). They will be able to present findings to peers and the school, which will help them relate to people when they get in the real world. 2). Be familiar with the calculators that can be used on State and Local testing. 3). These calculators allow students to work more efficiently on more in-depth problems. Investing in technology for low-income students give them the ability to see that they can achieve dreams bigger than ever! The earlier we can introduce technology like this, the further our students can excel in other areas!
