Please help me fund this project to provide books to my Kindergarten students in their class library. I am a mid year new teacher who wants to grow little emergent readers that will be ready for the first grade. New books and materials would make a great difference in my current students' reading skills and would improve the ability for future students in my classroom to grow in their reading skills. My goal in this project is to build a class library that will assist me in growing little readers who will learn to love reading for their entire lifetime. This project would also improve the ability for my students to take their love of reading outside of the school and to their homes with their families. This project would also help build and sustain a team effort between parents and myself to support and grow their children's reading skills.
