My students are struggling readers. I want to bring a love for reading into the classroom by making our library relaxing and inviting. The furniture will provide our classroom library with a cafe feel that will entice students to fall in love with reading. It will be a comfy escape from the hard classroom chair! Many of my students have difficulties concentrating and staying focused. I would like the furniture to transform our classroom library into an area they can feel stress-free about reading. I teach 4th and 5th grade, so the library transformation is an important key to my classroom environment.
