The tablets will help us to do so many things! Students will be able to access their workouts via tablet and eliminate the use of paper allowing students to see instant feedback on each lift! Coaches will be able to see instant results synced to their devices as well. Students will have all their information in one go to spot! Students will not have to worry about losing their workout card or spending time hunting for it in the weight room which causes lost time. Workout cards will not become hazards if they fall on the floor We will use velocity based workouts with the utilization of our form lifting collars. Students will be able to see how much force and how fast they are moving the weight.
