Our school is the proud home of approximately 270 students, preschool through 6th grade. We are located in the center of many rural communities where poverty is very high. It is not uncommon for students to wear the same ripped pants, stained shirt, and scuffed-up shoes multiple days in a row. Currently ~72% of our students are on free or reduced lunch and our entire school district qualifies for free breakfast and lunch.

About my class
