As part of our daily routine, I would like to incorporate a more interactive calendar time with this calendar kit so that students can solidify their knowledge in the seasons, months of the year, days of the week, and the weather. This activity would also include a place value chart for the number of school days we've had in order to strengthen their counting skills. This addition to out classroom will provide a more stimulating hands-on experience to learning about the calendar year. Currently, we have been using a desk calendar for this process. These added materials will create a more enriching and engaging learning environment in my classroom.
