First Grade is an important year for students who are beginning to read. Books play an important role for students who are beginning to learn concepts and beginning to recognize words. These books are a part of a curriculum that is designed for First Graders. With the books choosen, students will have the opportunity to learn not only a story but to engage in literacy concepts, a deeper level of critical thinking skills and beginning writing skills. With your donation, you will be supporting students in making them become a successful reader and learner in many different ways. This will encourage them, challenge them and support them in all the ways needed. This will be giving them the confidence and readiness for future years to come!
