Many of my students don't have all of the basic life necessities that they need. Some of them don't have clean clothes to put on everyday and some wonder where their next meal may be coming from. Luckily when they are in school, I am able to monitor these things and provide them with what they need. When my students go home for the summer, I want to provide them with a "care package" with some of the things they might need. I'd love to include items like a new backpack for next school year, a new toothbrush, clean socks, some snacks, and a book for them to practice reading. Any help towards providing this for my students would be greatly appreciated!
