Eager to learn, active and creative is the best way to describe my classroom of 24 second graders. My kiddos minds are always producing new questions and sharing their thoughts and ideas. We are part of a low-income school district where all students in our elementary school receive free breakfast and lunch. My goal is to reach every learner at their level to help them become successful and knowledgeable of the world around them. Many of my students are visual learners. They impress me with their knowledge of animals, historical figures, landmarks, etc. Imagine the information and activities my students could participate in if we had updated technology to support our classroom. The possibilities are endless and I would love to be able to take them on new adventures through the use of technology.
