The sky is the limit!! Chromebooks can be used across the curriculum for a variety of purposes. We use Google classroom which is an online learning platform connecting our class. In English Language Arts, there are several types of software including RazKids and Epic, that enable students to choose from a variety of books on their reading level that build comprehension skills and are high interest for struggling readers. The world is at their fingertips to research and learn about an unlimited number of topics. They can use them to incorporate this information to create presentations using PowerPoint, Google slides, and online formats such as word clouds. These tools make learning more engaging and prepare them for the utilizing technology in the future.
