All of my students want to feel healthy and strong with their learning and relational skills. They are happy to be back in school, but many are dealing with heightened anxiety, worry and stress. What I am asking for can help me teach my students, K-6, how to work through big feelings, problem solve, develop a growth mindset, and get them thinking about future career/college options. Currently, many of my students at my schools are having a difficult time with connecting with others and coping with big emotions. My goal is to help empower them with knowledge, and to build skill (including at home ideas for school-family connection) so they can be successful.
