Our third grade children (all 125 of them) will benefit majorly from your help! This project will benefit five third grade classrooms. Our school is at 70% poverty level and we are desperately in need of playground/recess equipment. This equipment will encourage team work, develop motor skills, and expose children with limited opportunities to a chance to strengthen their bodies as well as their minds and social skills. Our school services 700 children and we have an excellent PE program. However because of limited funding, individual classrooms do not have the basketballs, jump ropes, soccer balls, and necessary equipment to continue this program on a daily basis.

About my class
