My students qualify to attend this charter school because they are from poor families. The school is 100% free/reduced lunch and they represent a wide variety of ethnicities and cultures. The students also represent the first in their families to go to college. Our school's goal is to prepare students to attend a four year college and to do this the students attend school 195 days a year. The school was recently named a national blue ribbon school for the outstanding work of the students and teachers.
