The addition of these bikes will help to maximize students physical participation in physical education class. Our class sizes are continually increasing and we currently do not have enough equipment to engage all students. Exercise fosters neuroplasticity (Moving the body keeps the brain growing). This equipment will increase amount of physical participation each student receives and will help to lift students mood and motivation to learn throughout their school day. It also helps to provide a productive and healthy outlet for our students who have an abundance of energy and have trouble focusing in their classes throughout the school day.

About my class
