All students will work for classroom incentives! Many behavior rewards can be nontangible. Extra recess, free choice of lunch seat, and free time are some of those rewards. Tangible items are also beneficial within a PBIS management system. At the fifth grade level, these students are longing to be in the middle school where they have access to a vending machine. These materials will be used for students to purchase with their "school money" that they earn from completing classroom jobs and having stellar behavior. Students will work extra when they have a reward at stake. Thank you in advance for supporting my classroom!
