The large carpet will be placed in the front of the classroom and used as a gathering place during mini-lessons and share time. It will also be a warming place to read and work on group or individual projects! Students really enjoy sitting on a warm soft surface where they can work and share experiences with others. My students appreciate having a clean, organized classroom that inspires them to come each day to school. This safe environment helps them to learn and appreciate the materials they have and use.
