Having the iPad minis will allow all students time on the internet. We do not have enough computers for each one of my students to use during computer lab time. The iPad minis and other learning apps such as ABC Mouse will allow my students to strengthen their learning. My students will also use these iPad minis to work on a lesson during center time. This will help my classroom ensure our centers are productive. This can also help with my ESL learners in the classroom, with visual and kinesthetic approaches. An iPad will be a hands-on way to draw interest to learning!
