Welcome! I'm a high school English Teacher in the Grade 9 Academy at Bowie High School in Bowie, Maryland. Higher level thinking and student engagement is the plan of the day but we don't always have the funds to create or implement dynamic lessons that motivate students to push their thinking toward a growth mindset. Therefore I am reaching out to you for your support to fill in the gap and assist with funds necessary for creating and maintaining a rigorous academic environment for a diverse group of challenging students who demonstrate a spectrum of academic abilities.
