Currently, there are no yoga supplies to support a yoga club at the school. We have started the club and gone over some of the more philosophical aspects, but in order for students to do yoga, they need some supplies. Mats, blocks and straps will be used to support their yoga practice. A regular yoga practice can have so many benefits, such as decreasing depression and anxiety, increasing strength and flexibility etc. I am a 500hour trained yoga teacher and will be offering this club for free to all students who would like to be a part of the club.
