My name is Ms. Jasso, I am a Special Education teacher servicing students with a range of disabilities. The disabilities include intellectual, emotional disturbance, autism spectrum disorder and specific learning disabilities. I assist students in both Resource and Inclusion (in and out of the regular education classroom). My students are energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. I have students with diverse learning styles. Despite their disabilities they always try their best. I try accommodate to each and every one of them as much as I can. I am their advocate at school, I make sure that they have what they need in order to be successful with their school work.
