I just gave my kiddos an hour long diagnostic test today. Most of them were fidgeting by 15 minutes, one decided to lay on the floor. I didn't have a problem with that. I wish they all had chosen to do that. These kids are being asked to sit at a computer for hours to do testing. I hate doing that; I can't imagine how they feel! I want to give them options that allow them to move, work, and test in a way that makes them comfortable and helps their brains. If that means bean bags on the floor or wobble chairs, then that's what I want to do for my kiddos. They deserve the best!
