I am requesting 6 Hokki stools to provide my fourth grade students more flexible & active seating options to support their learning. These ergonomic stools are signed with a convex base so students can move around while they are sitting. This active movement provides both mental and physical benefits to the students when working in the classroom. While the students are in motion when sitting, they are more focused on their work. Students can sway and wiggle their bodies while sitting in these stools to keep their minds active. Giving my students more alternative seating options will support their academic growth and learning style! In addition, this will improve student engagement and give them an opportunity where they can learn in MOTION! My ultimate goal would be to have a variety of seating options for each student in my class for flexible seating. Donations for this project will support our classroom's diverse and active learning needs. Thank you.
