With our society ever changing and growing technology is becoming more and more necessary for students of today. With limited technology at home and school, this project will help my students learn not only how to use technology safely, but they will also learn the importance of technology in school and life. My hope is to help my students close the gap and become successful, independent learners who thirst for knowledge. My students face some of the harshest realities that no child should have to face anywhere from lack of food at home to limited computer access. ​These Kindles will help my students not only practice skills they are currently learning in a fun way, but they will also learn how to research topics of interest in a safe monitored environment.
