As a tool, technology will make learning engaging and interesting for my students. By adding three Chromebooks to our class, my students will be able to access reading programs, practice basic computer skills and type their writing pieces. Furthermore, online math resources will help students gain math skills in a fun and interactive way. In addition, they will have access to learning research skills. Chromebooks will provide my students with an abundance of resources at their fingertips. Many students in our community do not have access to computers and the Internet at home. Therefore, as an educator, I hope to give them as many opportunities to utilize such wonderful resources. As our society moves toward a digital world and computer-based testing, the more practice available the better prepared my students will be for their future.
