Our world is increasing technologically dependent. Preparing students to enter and change the world we live in means giving them access to the tech they need. In English 2, students spend a lot of time tackling real world issue in their analysis of literature. They are beginning to realize that writing goes beyond essays. Writing is the window to the world. Students will use computers to take their writing beyond the essay format. From blog posts, to website design, students will engage with the larger global society in how we talk about literature. Students have begun to brainstorm ideas for taking their writing beyond the classroom space and are excited to have the computers they need to do so. Are you willing to invest in the worlds next leaders and thinkers?
