I would like to utilize these requested five Lenovo Chromebook laptops for math and reading centers. Students will be engaged in reading and math online programs that differentiates the level of instruction. This is extremely beneficial, especially because I have first and second grade students whose academic needs range from kindergarten to second grade level. My students have been working from white worksheets. I want to change their perception on learning and create an environment that fosters growth, curiosity, and appreciation for school. I want my struggling readers to be able to listen to someone read to them while they follow along. I want my students to have visuals when studying mathematics. I wish to create purposeful and individualized centers that cater to my students unique abilities and help them advance. With twenty-seven students in the class and white worksheets, this is difficult to accomplish. I wish for my students to be 100% engaged in their learning.
