In my middle-school classrooms at a 6-8 public school, I try to instill a love of reading, writing, technology and learning. Not only do I model taking risks and accepting challenges, I support my students in doing the same. Through the use of technology, I encourage creativity and innovation. I have high expectations for all learners - from the struggling learners to the gifted. I continually look for new and innovative ways to challenge and support them.
