I am requesting Hokki stools. Hokki stools will allow my students to sit and be active at the same time. The children can move even though they appear to be sitting still. Physical movement both increases well being and encourages thinking. Hokki stools provide students with that physical outlet they need to work on math, listen to a read aloud, work in a reading group, or write. The soft base prevents slipping and the body of the stool is stable and incredibly durable. I know these stools will especially benefit students that have Autism and ADHD. Every student deserves to learn and succeed in the least restrictive environment. These stools will help level the playing field for many of my students.
