Students that choose to come to Rauner College Prep do so because they and their families have made the decision to attend college after they graduate from high school. 84% come from households earning less than $38,000 annually and 98% identify as a person of color. When students walk through the door to room 202, they briefly transform into historians analyzing the past to make sense of the present. By the end of the year, they are equipped with a set of skills that bring them one step closer towards fulfilling their families' dream of graduating college.
