I work in an amazing school in rural Southeastern Ky. The school is a small elementary school that houses a little over 400 students from PreK to 5th grade. We are proud to be in the top of our state with test scores and to be recognized as a school of distinction. I am blessed to teach my 20 students in one of our 4 wonderful kindergarten classrooms. Our school's mission is to inspire students to achieve excellence in academics, citizenship and character. At Burnside, our motto is, Whatever it takes, our kids are worth it!
