We have requested equipment to support our baseball team for the 2017 season. The items selected are batting helmets and game baseballs to accomplish this. This project will assist in the instillation of our school's first baseball team. We have accessional student interest, coaches and facilities for our games and practices; our final task is to purchase equipment necessary to compete. Our athletics program is currently limited in funding, this has led us to the creation of fundraising projects to support our students interest. We are asking for 6 batting helmets, which is maximum number players on the field for a team while batting (4 base runners, 1 batter, 1 batter on deck). The baseballs we requested will be used for game days. We asked for 30 balls as we anticipate many will be lost. Additionally, balls first used will turn into practice balls when quality/condition is worn down. Thank you for reading!
