I'm requesting a variety of sensory materials including one 4 Station Sand and Water Play Center w/Lids, a Light Cube, Foam Rock Wall builders, Sand Blocks, Feels-Write Lowercase Letter and Number Stones, Rainbow Blocks, Clay Hammer Sets, Musical Washboards, Alphabet & Number Dough Stampers, Safety Mirrors and a Pet Tornado. These materials will be used as a supplement for other lessons. My students are mostly English language learners and exploring with their senses help facilitate other activities to make them developmentally appropriate. The light cube and accessories will be a great addition to the classroom for science, math, and language activities. Students can also use it during their free time to make new discoveries and refine their motor and cognitive skills. Crayola(r) Model Magic is also versatile material that can be used in many activities from creating objects and counting to using it to create letters and improving the students' pre-writing skills.
