With technology increasing and physical activity decreasing, Physical Educators are constantly creating new and improved ways to keep students engaged to become lifelong movers. With the Visualize Exercise project, I want to revolutionize how our youth see physical activity. My plan is to use applications to stream onto the television to help students learn about necessary motor activity skills, sports, and exercise. Not only will I use applications to increase participation and engagement, but I will also redefine our fitness curriculum by creating new projects for students. With the TV and cart from this project, my students will be able to watch, understand, and evaluate exercise videos to design their own videos for their peers to perform and evaluate. The Visualize Exercise project will be a stepping stone to create a more relatable, fun, and innovative Physical Education.
