Learning should be meaningful and inspiring. This simple statement describes how I feel about learning and my job. As a High School English teacher, I strive to accomplish this with my students, but sometimes it is a hard sell. Many times, I have ideas, which would help students become engaged in the learning process, but I do not have the necessary tools to make this happen; therefore, I have turned to donorschoose and wonderful donors to help make this happen. I am a fairly new teacher, who has tons of new ideas; I just need your help to make them happen. I want to make learning fun, rewarding, and engaging for my students.
