I am always surprised by how much my middle school students love using "How to Draw" books. They often use these books during their free drawing time or as a tool when completing an assignment. Because of this, I want to be able to offer my students a variety of books that cover a large range of subjects and skill levels. We need a variety of drawing books to use for inspiration when beginning projects or taking them to the next level. Students enjoy being able to use drawing books when they are brainstorming or looking for a starting place to begin their designs. They can then take that image and, by using their own imagination, turn it into something completely original and wonderful.

About my class
