Throughout the year this student has participated in clothing drives, food drives, and several other local and global campaigns including the Great Kindness Global Challenge and speaking at Los Angeles City Hall in front of a legal committee to discuss the flavored tobacco ban legislation. This student is an example to her peers as well as the members of the community. As a leader and a hard-working student that cares about making a difference, she is immensely deserving of a trip that will push her outside of her comfort zone and show her the great possibilities in front of her. This student has only ever lived in Los Angeles and has faced many adversities with poise, strength, and tenacity. Please help me give her the trip of a lifetime that will show her that her determination can take her anywhere.
