The right book is what can capture a child to create a reader. My shelves need to be packed with new books to really inspire my students to want to read each and every word. Authors and books that are known for being nominated or winning awards are the ones I have chosen for this project. My students will have more opportunities to have brand new books to take home with them. These kids deserve the best, and I want my library to be able to provide that for them. With 375 kids in my school and each child checking out books, I need a wide variety to choose from, and each one needs to be high quality.
