These flexible seats will help my students get their wiggles out while keeping their focus on the lesson. Better student engagement and focus will help increase student understanding and academic readiness. According to some studies, wobble chairs increase blood flow allowing more oxygen to the brain. Studies have also found that for many children, wiggling actually allows more learning- which makes these chairs incredibly valuable! This chair type improves posture and muscle tone. This gives a student better stamina to sit up, listen, and use motor skills to reach their academic goals. In our rural, high-poverty, low-income area we strive to provide our students with every social, emotional, and academic opportunity possible. Flexible seating will help promote and support student success.
