My students have to work extremely hard every day in school to keep up with their peers. They have dyslexia and reading stands in the way of almost every subject. Students in my class are bright and creative, and also discouraged and frustrated. This speech-to-text pen will allow my students with dyslexia to feel accomplished and confident. With this pen they will be able to read the word problems in math and show how amazing they really are at solving problems. It will give them the confidence to read a book or paragraph in front of the class. It will open up so many possibilities for them to show what they really can do now that reading isn't standing in their way.
