Mindfulness-based interventions have grown in popularity due to their success as a useful tool to relieve student stress and anxiety, something students are increasingly aware of experiencing. Students have found success by recognizing triggers that have prevented their social and academic growth. Especially those students diagnosed with ADHD. Helping them to control their behaviors and make better choices. The donations for this project are the initial mindfulness-based interventions and tools used to improve classroom behavior concerns and move students toward growth. The "CBT Toolbox" has worksheets the counselor can use with individual students with ADHD, Trauma, Autism, and anxiety to build coping strategies so they can move forward toward achievement of a growth mindset to academic goals. The students will be able to relax, find focus, and express emotions by gaining new coping skills. Students will be able to handle daily obstacles with ease by using the mindfulness tools and strategies to cope with and overcome day to day struggles. These books are the necessary materials needed for a curriculum that helps students understand how to help themselves succeed with a Growth Mindset. Mindfulness is an evidence-based intervention that outlines weekly lessons that offer easy to use scripts. The Research continues to show that mindfulness is an effective treatment for anxiety, stress and even depression. "The Mindfulness Toolbox" and "The Mindfulness Skills workbook" enable the counselor to utilize tools, techniques, practical tips and activities to aid the students in reducing stress, anxiety and depression and move forward to working in the moment to reach growth through mindfulness skills during weekly lessons.
